At St. James, we teach and model the Dominican Pillars of Prayer, Study, Community, Service. Our students learn to recognize these qualities in other students, faculty and staff and "write them up" as a Dynamite Dominican. By acknowledging these traits in others, they learn from one another and identify how daily, small behaviors can make a big impact.
